1. Order Cancellation Window: Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, cancellations will not be entertained.
2. Communication Method: All cancellation requests must be communicated to us via email or by contacting our customer support team or Instagram DM. We will not be liable for any cancellation requests made through unofficial channels.
3. Refund Process:
a. Timelines: If a cancellation request falls within the specified cancellation window, a refund will be initiated within 7 to 10 business days of receiving the request.
b. Refund Method: Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase. If the payment was made via cash on delivery, a store credit will be issued instead.
4. Partial Order Cancellation: Customers have the option to cancel a part of their order, such as specific items or sizes, within the given cancellation window. However, the cancellation of individual items from a bundle or combo offer may not be possible. Please check with our customer support team for further assistance regarding partial order cancellations.
5. Non-Cancellable Products: Some of our products, especially those tailored or customized to specific measurements or designs, may be non-cancellable. These will be clearly mentioned on the product page. Please ensure that you review the cancellation policy for such products before placing an order.
6. Manufacturing Stage: If an order has already entered the manufacturing stage, it cannot be canceled. Our products are handcrafted, and once the process has begun, we are unable to halt or reverse it.
